Yes, the communication during and after production was excellent and I am very happy with my doll. She looks just as beautiful in person and was easy to move out of the box. The weight and height are perfect for standing, with a more natural pose and realistic body shape. I had ordered two dark brown wigs, but the team on the website provided a blonde wig, which I am very grateful for. I highly recommend ordering from this site.
